It can be hard to know how to workout safely during pregnancy. You’ll prepare your body for the changes and challenges of pregnancy and learn how to listen to your body so that you can push yourself and stay fit as your baby grows.

After you’ve had your baby and you’re ready to get back into the gym, we’ll teach you how to return to exercise in a way that honors the big changes your body has just been through. You’ll feel strong and confident as you heal your core and get lean. You’ll learn core and pelvic floor strengthening strategies for every stage of motherhood.
