PUSH Classes
Our classes are created with a format that allows space for modifications for each participant’s specific needs. We have the space and training that will work for anyone- 23 years old or 94 years old. 110 lbs or 410 lbs. Pregnant, postpartum, fitness expert, or never set foot in a gym.
We’re ready to motivate, encourage, and push you to own every ounce of your power. It’s time.
PUSH Fitness Strength
This is the most fun you’ll have while sweating! (Well, probably.) You will get fitter, stronger, and engage muscles you forgot you had. Whether you are a new mom who is just getting back into the gym or you’re chasing your grandkids around, you can count on this group to motivate and empower you to do your best. Each class will have squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling and moving closer to the best shape of your life!
PUSH Fitness Kinstretch
Improve your mobility and strength. This ground-based class will have you sweating and stretching at the same time. Lengthen and tone your muscles while also improving your posture and core strength.
PUSH Fitness Individual and Small Group Training
PUSH Your Besties: Sweat alongside your besties! You’ll build strength and reach our goals with workouts that are tailored specifically for you in an environment you share with one or two of your closest people. Come with your favorite humans or make new friends by letting us pair you up!
PUSH YOURSELF: You’ve got goals. Push yourself and reach them! You’ll get an individualized program tailored to your specific needs.
