  • Starts February 3, 2020, ends March 13, 2020

  • Meetings every Tuesday at 5:30pm at the PUSH Fitness Training Studio at 1655 Capital Street NE, Salem OR 97301

  • Prizes! Earn points to win a prize! First prize gets a free month of personal training. Second prize gets a month of classes (or an upgrade to a membership). Third prize a free Fascial Stretch Therapy session.

What can I expect from the challenge?

  • Usable, simple and long-term strategies for eating and meal planning.

  • Introspective work that will translate into better food choices and more freedom with those choices.

  • Dismantling previous ideas about food and guilt and building a healthier relationship with eating.

  • Meeting some of your new best friends in the group.

  • A workbook with tools to help you meal plan, create a shopping list, a recipe book and more.

  • Emails to keep you accountable twice a week.

  • Meetings once a week to help you accomplish your goals.

Is this a weight loss challenge?

Yes and no. In fact, we don’t have any goals for your body. While we don’t promote a weight loss agenda, we also want to support you if that is your goal. It’s your body, your business! We believe that all women are unique and all bodies deserve to be respected and celebrated regardless of size or health status.

I’m not local. Can I participate?

Absolutely! We have in-person weekly check in meetings and the option to attend our small group training sessions during the challenge for anyone who is local, but everything else is done online.

How much does it cost?

$149 for the challenge.
